Time has come to reverse this obesity trend that is sweeping the world. Their are solutions that many people just do not see. What is it going to take to hold people responsible and stop the talking? Their is a way to fight this and you need to start at the beginning.

Their minds compensate for many mistakes they make in life. Eating properly is not one of those mistakes.

Nutrition must start early in the morning or by lunch time they are starving. Having breakfast early gives them the energy and stamina they need before lunch. Kids stop eating when they are full.

You need to accept your responsibility. Unless their is a medical reason that can easily explain why your child is obese, their is only one way you can start reversing what you have let happen.

Never make your children feel bad if they play poorly because that will discourage them from paying future sports. Encourage your children to use the stairs instead of elevators, walk or ride their bike places instead of getting a ride. Lead your children by example by walking with them.

But understanding the mechanics is the easy part. The challenging part is understanding the psychology of motivating kids to take action, and to do what ever is necessary to eat better, exercise more, and to naturally immunize themselves against obesity for life.
